We begin with a free, no-obligation call to discuss your housing needs, budget, timeline, our fees and what you can expect. If you decide to proceed, we will send you the service agreement and document checklist. Once everything is complete, we start the search.
Search, viewings & personal support
We actively search both on and off the market through our network of realtors and landlords. We arrange viewings, accompany you where possible, or provide a video viewing if you are abroad. Throughout the search, we stay in close contact via WhatsApp and are also available outside regular office hours.
Offer, agreement & key handover
Once you have found the right home, we prepare and submit a rental proposal. We review and explain the Dutch rental agreement before signing, then join the key handover and ensure a proper check-in report is completed.
Support after moving in
After the key handover, we remain available to help with utilities, insurance and practical questions. We also share local tips and recommendations to help you settle into your new home.
